How to claim your money back:

1. Trial our product for at least 30 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 60 days.
2. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our product, email us at idealistskin@gmail.com with the subject header "60 Day Money-Back Guarantee” sharing your review and money-back request.
3. Once approved, return the our product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service 30-60 days from date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
5. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our product are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
6. Once returned, our product purchase price will be refunded to you.
